We really enjoyed the location of the hotel and the really helpful and friendly staff. Also the breakfast offered a lot of variety.

The whole hotel is a bit poorly soundproofed, so you hear everything.

Great hotel and friendly staff!

This small boutique hotel was lovely. Just outside of Chiang Mai city walls and not far from the airport so easy to get to places and doens't take too long. The hotel provided airport transfers which was super easy and helpful. The staff were really friendly - special shout out to Beam and the manager Aoi, who dealt with any problems we had quickly/made up for the small issues that arised during our stay. Despite a few mishaps, these were dealt with promptly, and in a friendly manner. If you have any problems, speak to the staff and they will do their best to rectify the issue. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful - from cleaning, security, drivers to reception etc. They were proactive and when one of the guests had to go to hospital they didn't hesitate to get the shuttle van ready and drop us, demonstrating their hospitality and compassion. The chefs made an effort to accommodate for our dietary requirements and this was appreciated. The hotel is fairly small and the main facility is the pool, which was nice. The complimentary fruit/tea/biscuits in the afternoon was a lovely touch. The rooms were clean and of good size, with all the usual modern amenities you would expect. All in all, a lovely experience, I would recommend staying here and would come back here if visiting Chiang Mai again.

There were a few issues that we faced but these were fixed quickly during our stay so this should be taken into consideration: wifi dropped out at one point, one of the bathroom lights needed fixing, noisy guests (who went into the pool out of hours etc). These were all dealt with so I would not say anything that we did not like.

A very nice hotel in a great location

Very Clean, Breakfast was excellent, the location was fantastic right next to the old town.

There were only 6 sun beds around the pool area which made things very challenging if you wanted to relax at the pool which was a lovely area. Also I didn’t realise when booking that there isn’t an on-site bar.

Good value for money

The location just outside the old town city walls made it really easy to get around. The vaule for money here is great. Breakfast and room service is available with a good selection of thai and western food. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Rooms were nice an dark in the morning so you could sleep in. All the staff were very friendly and level of basic English was okay.

If you wanting to spend every afternoon or day by the pool this might not be the place. The pool area is quite small with about 5-6 sun lounger and 5-6 chairs in the pool and a couple other loungers dotted around. We ended up swapping around the chairs and loungers as the pool wasn't busy. Our room was located on the ground floor by the stairs leading up to the other rooms. We did find we got disturbed by guest leaving early morning and not being very considerate.

Beautiful hotel, great staff, good breakfast, NO ALCOHOL served on site.

Loved it! Especially the fresh coffee. Most other hotels use an automatic machine, even if they are expensive places.

No alcohol by the pool or at dinner. That is why I gave you a 9/10. I would not stay there again because of this. I am on vacation and would have liked to have a drink.

A great base to explore Chiang Mai and out of the way enough that it’s quiet and relaxing.

Modern property. Quiet location. Spotlessly clean. Fantastic breakfast.

Excellent, peaceful location with easy walking access to the old city area.

A lovely oasis in which to start and end the day with a nice pool to relax in. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy to organise taxis and trips, and they do transfers from and to the airport.

Good choice for family

The room is very clean and well maintained. Our room is on the top floor at a corner. Therefore it is very quiet at night and we can see the roof of temple outside the patio. The room has a small shelf that you can hang on the wet cloth at the patio. This is very useful during the summer. The staffs here are all very polite and friendly. The hotel also provides complimentary airport pick up and drop off services which is very helpful.

The location is just along the river and close to most of attractions in the old city. But you need to cross the street which the traffic keeps busy all day. Also, we booked a family room with three single beds for us, 2 adults and 2 kids. It’s said the kids under 11 can stay for free with shared bed, but you still need to pay for the breakfast separately. It’s not a big deal. But as a 4 star rated hotel, I feel that this comes across as a bit petty. Many hotels are not so strict about calculating one breakfast per person per bed.
